Authorised account use
You may use CampaignMasta only for the campaign that authorised your account and only within your assigned role and geography. Credentials must not be shared. Campaign administrators are responsible for approving users, removing access promptly, and reviewing the audit trail.
Acceptable campaign conduct
You must not use the service to threaten, harass, deceive, unlawfully discriminate, buy or induce votes, obstruct an election, impersonate an official, spread content you know is false, bypass consent or opt-outs, access another campaign, upload malware, or interfere with the service. Evidence and polling reports must not be knowingly falsified.
Campaign data
The campaign retains responsibility for its submitted records. It grants the service permission to host, process, back up, transmit, and display that data only as needed to provide and secure the service. Users must have authority to enter personal data, files, and communications and must minimise collection to what the campaign genuinely needs.
Third-party delivery and integrations
SMS, WhatsApp, email, AI, mapping, hosting, and other integrations may be supplied by third parties and can have separate terms, charges, limits, or outages. A provider accepting a message does not guarantee that the recipient received or read it.
Subscriptions, changes, and availability
Paid modules, quotas, fees, support, and campaign periods are governed by the accepted subscription quotation. The service may change to improve security or functionality. Maintenance, network conditions, mobile coverage, third-party failures, and emergencies can affect availability, so campaigns must maintain practical polling-day fallback procedures.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, serious misuse, or a material breach. Where practical, the campaign will be given notice and a reasonable opportunity to export its data, except where doing so would increase risk or breach a lawful direction.
Warranty and liability
The service supports campaign decisions but does not guarantee an election result, uninterrupted connectivity, message delivery, data supplied by users, or legal compliance. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the relevant subscription agreement.
